انا لينا ابو رزق , رأيي بيوم الفالنتين بعتقد انه في ردود فعل مبالغة تجاه هاد اليوم , سواء من اللي بحبوه وبحبوا يحتفلوا بعيد الحب , او من اللي ما بحبوا وبكرهوا سيرته , وبشعر انه نحنا بالوطن العربي بنحتفل فيه اكتر من بلدان بره .
انا شخصيا ما بحبه , وما بهمني , والنسبة الي غير منطقي ويمكن مرتبط بالموت اكتر من الحب , يعين القسيس الي تسمى على اسمه هاليوم انحبس وقت الحكم الروماني بتهمة تزويج الجنود , اثناء مدة سنجة عالج ابنة السجان . ووقع في حبها , لكن مصيرة كان الاعدام , ويوم اعدامة كتب رسالة حب ووداع لحبيبته وكتب توقيع Your valentine , يعني هي بس صدفت انه اسمه فالنتين , لو اسمه عبسي ! كان هلا نحنا بنحتفل بيوم العبس العالمي .
غير هيك الهدية المعتادة وهي الورد , الوردة تعتبر ميته في اللحظة الي بتم قصها , وفي روسيا القديمة كانوا يعتبروا اللي بهدي ورد هو شخص بتمنى الانسان اللي بقدمة الورد واللذي بجمال الورد ان يذبل ويموت مثل الورده.
وشخصيا بحب يكون في اشياء مميزه بين الحبيبين وبتخيل انه احلى لو كل حبيبين يحتفلوا بفالنتينهم الخاص . وهو اليوم اللي تعرفوا فيه على بعض .

So Valentine’s Day for me is not an event that I consider important , I see it overrated , and annoying somewhat ,and I feel that it’s celebrated here in the Arabic countries more obsessively than the other foreign countries .
For me it’s more of celebrating death rather than love, the stories say that a priest named St. Valentines was imprisoned for performing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry and for ministering to Christians, who were persecuted under the Roman Empire. According to legend, during his imprisonment, he healed the daughter of his jailer. An embellishment to this story states that before his execution he wrote her a letter signed “Your Valentine” as a farewell.
here’s one death story, the second is the fact that all roses giving as a gift are dead , they’re dead from the second were cut , in ancient Russia , it was considered that giving roses or flowers to someone , reflect the wish of seeing the person given the gift to fade just like the beautiful flower will eventually , it might be weird to see a female thinking this way , but it’s true .
